And be it further enacted, That the line between the counties of Taylor and Schley be so altered as to include those portions of lots of land numbers 244, 245 and the north half of lot number 236, in the third district of originally Muscogee county, which lies on the east side of Cedar Creek, (now in Taylor county, on which fractional lots is the residence of Jonathan Stewart,) in the county of Schley.
