Allen and after being duly sworn deposes and says that she has been acquainted with the applicant for pension, Mrs. V.J. Bivins prior to and since February the 9th, 1864; that on February the 9th, 1864, Mrs. V.J. Bivins was married to R.T. Bivins, date of Schley county, deceased; that said marriage occured in Randolph county Georgia, deponent being present at said marriage.
