M. (Mrs) Taylor County 1 M? 1911 Widow's Application To be Put on Roll in Her Own Right, when Husband was on Roll at Death County Taylor Name Mrs. E. M. Guy Widow of T. T. Guy Co. K 12th Regt, Vols. Inf WIDOW'S AFFIDAVIT State of Georgia Taylor County Personally before comes Mrs. E. M. Guy of said County, who, after being duly sworn, on oath says, that she is the widow of T. T. Guy to whom in the County of Marion State of Georgia she was married on the 7th day of Feby 1867 and that she remained his wife, and resided with him to the date of his death in 23rd Sept 1907 and that she has not since his death remarried. At the time of his death he was a resident of Taylor County, in __________ said State of Georgia , and he was on the Indigent Pension Roll of the State and paid a pension of $60.00 in Taylor County for 1907 per annum, on account of being a soldier in Company K 12th Regiment Georgia Volunteers. At the death of T. T. Guy he was in the use and possession of the following property household and Kitchen furniture. Value $50.00 of the cash value of _____________________________. What property of any kind and of any value have you in your use, control and possession now, and the cash value (State fully) None acres land......................$00 None Horses and mules................$00 None Hogs, cows, etc.................$00 None Total Cash value of all Property $00 That she is now a bonafide resident citizen of said County of Taylor and she has so continuously resided since 4th day of Nov 1908. Sworn to and subscribed before me, this the 25th day of August 1910 E. M.(her mark) Guy W B Wilson Ordinary of Taylor County AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESSES TO PROVE MARRIAGE AND TO WHOM---DATE OF DEATH OF HUSBAND STATE OF GEORGIA Taylor County Personally before me come M T Chapman and A D Chapman known to be responsible and truthful persons, residing in said county, who after having duly sworn on oath, say: that of their own personal knowledge Mrs. E. M. Guy who made the foregoing affidavit, is the lawful widow of T. T. Guy who died in Taylor County in said State of Georgia on 23rd day of Sept 1907 and that she has not since remarried. That she became the wife of T. T. Guy on the 7th day of Feby of 1867 and that she and he had resided together as man and wife continuously since 7th day of Feby 1867 and that the T. T.
