One of those trustees is listed as S.R. Halstead. I believe this to be S.K. Halstead. His wife here is identified as Martha Cutler. In another part of the book, a biographical sketch by Jeanette Peede, she is identified as Martha Outlaw, born December 9, 1828 in Wilkinson Co., Ga. This would agree with the information in her widow's claim. Ms. Peede's bio says that S.K. Halstead was born 11-29-1824 in Jackson Co., FL. He and Martha had 14 children and both Seaborn and Martha are buried in Fellowship Church Cemetery. Seaborn K. Halstead is found on the 1850 Dale Co. Ala. agricultural census.
