What is your name, and where do you reside? Isabella Holloway, Schley Co., Ga. 2. How long and since when have you been a continuing resident in the state of Georgia? All my life 3. When, where and to whom were you married? 1866, Schley Co. Ga., Wm. Holloway 4. When, where and in what company and regiment did your husband enlist as a soldier in Confederate Army or Georgia Militia? 1861, Ellaville, Schley Co., Ga. Company Schley Guards. 5th Ga. Regiment. 5. When and where did the commands of your husband surrender or discharge from the army? close of war, 1865 6. Was your husband personally present at the time of the surrender or discharge of this command? Yes 7.thru 8i. (n/a and unanswered) 8j. When and where did your husband die? When and to whom was she married? How do you know? Wm. Holloway He lived with her as his wife. 5. How long and since when did you know Wm. Holloway, her husband? I knew him in the army since 1862 6. When, where and in what company and regiment did Wm. Holloway enlist? 1861 at Ellville, Ga. in Co. G, Schley Guards, 5th Reg. Ga. Volunteers. 7. Were you member of the same company? I was 8. How long within your personal knowledge did he perform actual military service with his company and regiment? 1861 to close of war. 9. When and where did his command surender, and was discharged? He served until close of war in S.C. 10. Where you personally present when it was surrendered? I was there 11. Was the husband of applicant personally present at surrender?
