Robinson, who being sworn, says on oath, that she is a bona fide resident of said county of Schley, State of Georgia, and that she has resided in said state continuously ever since all her life. That she is the widow of Clarke J. Robinson, who was a soldier in Company B of the Wise Guards (Co. B, 25th Ga. Inf. which was made up of Macon Co. men and became Co. B, 22nd Battalion Georgia Heavy Artillery on Nov. 26, 1862.) of Georgia Volunteers, that he enlisted in said Regiment on or about the month of Sept. 1861 and served in the army up to Dec. 29, 1861. That he lost his life on the 29th day of December 1861. (State here full particulars of the husband's death, when, where and from what cause.) After he enlisted in the service he contracted measles from which he partially recovered, and then suffered a relapse which caused his death on last above date, at White Sulpher Springs in the state of Virginia. He was in good health at the time he enlisted and the said disease which caused his death was contracted by him after his enlist & during his service as a soldier. Deponent swears that she was the wife of said deceased soldier, during his service in the army as a soldier, and that she has never married since his death aforesaid, that she became his wife in the year 1856, that Georgia is her home and she resided in this State 23d day of December, 1890, and has not lived in any other state or locality since that date. I have been allowed a pension for the year ending February 15th, 1894, and now apply for the allowance provided by law for the year ending February 15th, 1895. Mrs. Martha E.
