Of particular interest would be the Kissimmee Death Certificate and the letter from the experiment station in Griffin. This pension application is interesting primarily because of some of the supporting documents contained within the file and the fact that it seems to provide a great deal of information on other individuals in various west Georgia counties. Jasper Newton Woodall was the son of Clement Alvis Woodall and Sarah Mercer. This pension application was made in Florida where he had migrated and is essentially in three parts: 1. Soldier's Application, 2. Widow's Pension, and 3. Widow's pension claim (this appears to be a subsequent filing at a later date). It is dated 28 July 1909.
