2682 ACRES LANDS FOR SALE
The subscriber offers for sale 2682 acres of land, lying in the 26th and 30th 
districts, originally Lee but now Sumter county.  The above lands all join and 
lay on Muckalee Creek.  Between three and four hundred acres of cleared land, 
with two good Gin houses and other necessary buildings on the premises.  
Persons wishing to purchase lands would do well to call and examine them.  
Terms will be easy and price fair.  For particulars, apply to the subscriber 
on the premises, four miles south of Pond Town, Sumter County, Ga.  July 14, 
1838
