Ellaville, Ga. September 30.--(Special.)--Superior court convened this morning by his honor Allen Fort, judge and Solicitor General C(harles) B. Hudson in attendance. Besides the local bar of W.H. McCrory, we notice from Americus W.A. Hawkins, Eugene Hawkins, DuPont Guerry, N.A. Smith, B.B. Hinton, B.H. Wilkinson, W.A. Dodson, Blalock--Eldridge Cutts, J.A. Analey, John Albritton, B.P. Hollis. From Buena Vista--E.M. Butt, E.W. Miller, J.H. Lumpkin, J.W. McCorkle, From Talbotton--Jesse Bull. There is a heavy docket awaiting disposal. One case, the state vs. S(tonewall) J(ackson) Tondee, will draw a large crowd, as Mr. Tondee was a universal favorite and he was shot down by Blackman in the night with a gun loaded with buckshot. The grand jury selected Captain Robert Patton as foreman and violators of the penal law will receive much attention.
