Macon County Citizen November 10, 1916
Macon County Citizen, Oglethorpe, Macon County, Georgia, Friday, November 10, 
1916 – State Items Condensed -  Americus -  When a lamp exploded in the  
residence of A.J. Williams at Ellaville, Schley County, it began a 
conflagration which threatened at one time to destroy all of the residential 
section of the city.  The fire burned the Williams home and the Ellaville 
school house, several barns and small buildings with a possible loss of 
$10,000.

The A.J. Williams residence could be H.J. Williams.--HH
