SAD DEATH OF MRS. BARNES
A very sad death was that of Mrs. Joe Barnes, occuring at the home of her 
parents, Mr. and Mrs. G.N. Jordan, this county.  Mrs. Barnes had been in bad 
health for more than a year, but was confined to her bed only for the past 
month or so.  She was thirty years old and leaves a husband and four small 
children who shall have the tender sympathy of many friends.  She was buried 
in the Ellaville cemtery Thursday afternoon.

Additional Comments:
Bessie Jordan married Joe Barnes in Schley County 14 May 1902.  I find no 
marked grave for her in Ellaville cemetery.
