Jaisden of Schley County, on Monday afternoon, between seventy- five and eighty years old. She was a good woman, a true Christian and has raised a family of boys and girls to maturity, impressed with all the christian virtues of her noble womanhood. She leaves a rich legacy of pure christian grace for them to imitate Died- On Monday afternoon the 11th inst. of consumption, Catherine, wife of T.J. Baisden. Mrs. Baisden was sixty-nine years old, and as a faithful and loving wife, she had lived over fifty years,rearing several children, who have families of their own. Mr. & Mrs.T.J. Baisden were among the first settlers of this section of the country, enduring the hardships incidental to pioneer life. None ever left their roof hungry, and we believe that it was a living truth that Mrs. Baisden uttered just before she died, when she said that she never had borne malice in her heard. Hand in hand, and heart in heart this couple marched down life's rugged road, and as the wife stepped over the river, she holds the pearly gate ajar for her husband to follow.
