FUNERAL OF MISS JENNIE DIXON HELD ON SUNDAY
The last sad rite over the body of Miss Jennie Dixon were performed last 
Sunday morning at 10 o'clock at the home of her mother, Mrs. Lily Dixon, Rev. 
R.E. Bailey, assisted by Rev. R.F. Williamson, officiating.  After Mrs. W.R. 
Woods had sweetly sung "Face to Face," Rev. R.F. Williamson made a most 
touching talk.  The choir then sang "Sometime, Somewhere, We'll Understand."  
The pallbearers, Grady Royal, Truxton Stevens, Henry Smith Munro, Seab 
Williams, George Murray and Earl Collins then bore the pure white casket, 
flower laden, from the house, and with the immense crowd repaired to the 
cemetery, where all that was mortal of this fair maiden was laid to rest.  To 
the bereaved ones, we offer our sincerest sympathy.

According to her marker at Ellaville cemetery, Jennie Dixon was born 16 Feb 
1896 and died 23 Sep 1911.
