Mr. Freeman was a farmer and had been operating a commercial truck. For several years he had been a minister. He had many friends who mourn his tragic passing. Funeral services were conducted at County Line Methodist church Sunday afternoon at 3 o'clock, with the Rev. Roy J. Bond and the Rev. F.E. Linder officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery. Pallbearers were George, Joe and Jesse McLendon, Virgil Floyd, E.L. Holloway and Charlie Heath. Survivors include his father, Mr. John Freeman; a sister, Mrs. George Royal, and a brother, Frank Freeman, of Americus.
