Roy J. Bond and the Rev. F.E. Linder officiating. Burial will be in Ellaville cemetery. Mr. Holloway was instantly killed about noon Wednesday by shotgun wounds which a coroner's jury found were self inflicted. He had been ill for several months. A native of Schley county, Mr.Holloway attended Ellaville school. Several years ago he married Miss Fannie Mae Fletcher, of County Line community. A well-known and highly respected farmer, he had many friends who mourn his passing. He was a member of Ellaville Methodist church. James Edward (Red) Holloway with the air corps at Sheppard Field, Texas, is enroute to Ellaville to attend the funeral and will arrive here this afternoon. Surviving besides his widow are two children, Harold and Irma; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. E.L. Holloway of County Line community; two sisters, Mrs. Felder Jones, of Barnesville, and Miss Mildred Holloway, a student nurse at Atlanta; two brothers, James Edward of Sheppard Field, Texas, and Lewis, of County Line community.
