OTIS KILLEBREW DIES AT VET'S HOSPITAL
Otis Killebrew, 49, native of Schley county and member of a family long well-
known in this section, died Saturday morning at the veteran's hospital in New 
York City.  Funeral services were held at the home of his brother, H.C. 
Killebrew, in LaCross community Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock, with the Rev. 
Roy J. Bond officiating.  Burial was in Ellaville cemetery.  Mr. Killebrew was 
one of the sons of Mr. and Mrs. Louis Killebrew, of LaCross.  He was a veteran 
of the First World War.  Surviving are two brothers, H.C. Killebrew, LaCross, 
and Edgar Killebrew, Macon; one sister, Mrs. Mamie McGee, Butler.  Pallbearers 
were:  C.B. Strange, Clay Fletcher, L.L. Holloway, Howard J. Greene, C.H. Mauk 
and Buddy Bell, of Americus.
