CLYDE E. LAWHORN
Mr. Clyde E. Lawhorn, age 98, of Ellaville died on Sunday morning, November 
13, 2005.  Gravesdie services were conducted at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, November 
16, in the Ellaville Cemetery with the Rev. Dr. David Hunter officiating.  The 
family received friends at the cemetery following the service.

Lawhorn was born April 25, 1907, in Schley county, the son of the late Samuel 
Lewis Lawhorn and Susan Dillard Lawhorn.  He was of the Baptist faith and was 
a retired farmer.

Suvivors include his wife Annie Kate Wilson Lawhorn of Ellaville; two 
daughters and sons-in-law, Annie Sue Lawhorn Rish and Bill Rish of Macon and 
Katie Hazel Lawhorn McCormick and Dewy McCormick of Americus; two sons and a 
daughter-in-law, Glen E. and Kim Lawhorn and Jimmy C. Lawhorn, all of 
Ellaville; eight grandchildren; six great grandchildren and several nieces and 
nephews.

Hancock Funeral Home of Americus was in charge of arrangements.
