Services were held at 2 p.m., Saturday, November 5 in the chapel of Watson-Giddens Funeral Home and burial followed in the Ellaville Cemetery. Rev. Mark Kinservik and Rev. Wayne Defore officiated. Lee was born November 20, 1943 in Sumter Co., Ga., the daughter of the late Riley V. Dillard and Martha Athon Dillard. She was a past employee of Manhattan Shirt Company and J & M Tank Lines. Lee was a homemaker and an active member of County Line Methodist Church and the Hope Circle. Lee is survived by her husband, Sammy Lee; two daughters and a son in law- Terri Lee of Americus,, Ga. and Tara and Jeff Rix of Andersonville, Ga.; two grandchildren-Cory Rix and Rene Rix; one brother and sister in law-Larry and Ann Dillard of Ellaville, Ga.; one nephew and wife, Randy and Marsha Dillard and two nieces and husbands, Denise and Freddy Brinson and Laurie and Cliff Pilcher III. Visitation was held Friday, November 4 from 5 until 8 p.m. at Watson-Giddens Funeral Home in Ellaville, Ga. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 102454, Atlanta, Ga. 30368-2454, County Line United Methodist Church, 6374 Englishville Road, Andersonville, Ga. 31711 or a charity of ones choice. Pallbearers included Butch Watts, Ronnie Athon, Steve Justice, Bob Koopal, Freddy Brinson, Cliff Pilcher III, Randy Dillard and Kevin Kizer.
