J.G. MCDANIEL IS BURIED FRIDAY Mrs. J.G. McDaniel, wife of a well-known Schley county farmer residing in County Line community, died last Thursday at mid-night of a heart ailment which she had suffered for several years. Funeral services were conducted from Whitewater Baptist church Friday at 3 o'clock, with Rev. Mr. Ayres officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery. The former Miss Delia Odum, she was married to Mr. McDaniel in 1929. Survivors beside her husband, include, a daughter, Mrs. Ida E. Rople, of Byromville; a stepdaughter, Nellie McDaniel; four stepsons, Raymond, Robert, Marvin and Cornelius McDaniel; a sister, Mrs. Lizzie Mayo, Macon; four brothers, Dave Odum, Dothan, Ala.; Ed, Cleve and Marshall Odum, all of Montezuma. Pallbearers included Troy Jordan, Lewis Chappell, Clyde Jordan, Willie and Charlie Heath.
