FORMER SCHLEY WOMAN PASSES
Mrs. Jewel McElhenney, 55, a native Schley countian, died Monday night at her 
home in West Palm Beach, Fla., after a long illness.  Funeral services were 
conducted there Wednesday.  The daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. J.R. 
Holloway of Schley county, she was married in the county, she moved to Florida 
ten years ago.  Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Glynn Harper, Orlando, 
Fla.; Misses Myra, Louise and Daisy McElhenney, West Palm Beach; one son, 
Willard McElhenney, West Palm Beach; three brothers, J.H. Holloway, J.J. 
Holloway and E.L. Holloway, all of Schley county; five sisters, Mrs. R.S. 
Allen, Mrs. Daisy McElhenney, Mrs. Arie Sanders, all of Schley county, and 
Mrs. Albert Park, Ideal, and Mrs. Myra Cook, Sardia.
