At Rest

Mr. Vincent Pilcher, of Schley County, died at the Allen House on Saturday 
morning of gravel.  He was about seventy-seven years of age.  Mr. Pilcher is 
well and favorably known all over this country, and his friends will be grieved 
to know of his death.  He suffered untold agony, but bore up under his 
affliction with great composure for one of his age, and when death came it was 
sweet relief, and he passed away quietly.  He leaves several sons and 
daughters, and a number of relatives to mourn his death.  Peace to his ashes. –
