C.T. PILCHER DIES HERE MONDAY Mrs. Charles T. Pilcher, 59, well-known Ellaville woman and a lifelong resident of Schley county, died at her home here Monday afternoon at 5 o'clock after a long illness. Funeral services were held at the Methodist church Wednesday afternoon at 4 o'clock with the Rev. Roy J. Bond officiating. Burial was in Ellaville cemetery. Born in Schley county December 3, 1882, the former Miss Addie Battle, was married to Mr. Pilcher on May 25, 1901. She was a member of the Methodist church. Mrs. Pilcher had many friends who admired he qualities of faithfulness, friendliness and kindness and patience during her illness. Survivors include her husband, Charles T. Pilcher, Jacksonville, Fla.; Mrs. Annie Ruth Perry, of Ellaville; Mrs. Una Robinson, of Baltimore, Maryland; Miss Sara Pilcher, of Jacksonville; two sons, L.T. Pilcher, of Jacksonville and Cpl. Charles T. Pilcher, Jr., of Camp Joseph T. Robinson, Arkansas; two grandchildren, Martha Perry, of Ellaville and Dorothy Jean Pilcher, of Jacksonville. Pallbearers were W.L. Lumpkin, James H. Hart, J.E. Stewart, Don Wall, Wesley Driver and C.T.
