MISS RANEW DIES SUNDAY
Funeral services were held at the Ranew family cemetery Monday afternoon for 
Miss Emma Ranew, 80, who died at her home near LaCross Sunday night at 11 
o'clock after an illness of two years.  The Rev. J.S. Cook, pastor of the 
First Methodist church of Americus, conducted the services.  She was a member 
of Andrew Chapel Methodist church.  Survivors include a niece, Mrs. C.A. 
Campbell of near Ellaville, and several nieces and nephews.
