10 YEARS AGO (1932)
James H. Ross, well-known Americus young man, was fatally injured by the 
accidental discharge of a shotgun while squirrel hunting at the home of his 
father-in-law, C.V. Powell in Ebenezer community, December 30.  His widow, the 
former Miss Mattie Will Powell, and two children survive.


Additional Comments:
The Georgia Death Index records the county of death for Mr. Ross as Sumter, 
possibly in error.
