Sellars Dies Monday Morning. Buried in Ellaville Cemetery Tuesday Just as the year, with its hopes and fears was ushered in, the soul of our friend Walter Sellars took its flight to God. Mr. Sellars was raised in this county and about the time he reached man's estate, he married Miss May Rainey. Three children were born to them, one has gone before and is waiting at the Golden Gate to welcome him. He leaves a wife, two children, father, mother, and many friends to mourn his death. In early life he united with the M.E. Church and his life was a living example of his profession. He was holding the office of Tax Collector at the time of his death. It can be truly said of him "That none knew him but to love him, none named him but to praise." He was the son of Mr. J.H. Sellars, one of our best citizens. We cannot understand why it should be thus, but some day we will understand and know as we are known. To the bereaved and loved ones we extend our deepest sympathy. Additional Comments: Mr. Sellars' marker at Ellaville cemetery indicates his date of death as Jan. 1, 1912.
