SIMS, EMMA Mrs.
Barnum Funeral Home; May 04, 1979 Friday    Funeral services for Mrs. Sims, 
89, of Route 2, Plains, GA, who died Wednesday at the Sumter Regional Hospital 
will be held Sunday at 4 p.m. from the Bethlehem Baptist Church in Plains, GA, 
Reverend M. C. Jenkins officiating.  Burial in the church cemetery.  She is 
survived by son, Joseph Sims of Philadelphia, his sister, Mrs. Mamie Sims of 
Americus, GA, 7 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren and 11 great-great 
grandchildren.
