He was about 79 years of age and had spent the greater part of his life in Schley county. Mr. Singletary was a brave confederate soldier. For many years he has been a great sufferer and death came as a blessed relief. The deceased leaves a wife and son and many relatives and friends. The remains were interred at Bethel Tuesday morning, Rev. R.F. Williamson conducting the funeral service. (Transcriber's Note: Zibe B.
