25 YEARS AGO (1916)
J.T. Stewart, 71, a Confederate veteran, died unexpectedly Tuesday, Feb. 15, 
while sitting at the dinner table.  (Note:  James T. Stewart enlisted in Co. 
B, 46th Georgia Infantry, "The Schley Rifles," on March 4, 1862.  He 
surendered at Greensboro, N.C., April 26, 1865.)


Additional Comments:
James T. Stewart married Mary E. Mott on 8 Oct. 1868 in Schley Co.  Both are 
buried at Ellaville cemetery.
