Family Funeral Program/Obituary Feb 1978
STOREY, MINNIE LEE WALLACE
Mrs. Storey was born May 21, 1915 in Schley County, GA, daughter of Mr. Fred 
and Mattie Wiggins Wallace.  She married Mr. William James Storey Sr. in 
October 1935, (who preceded her in death, Feb 21, 1964)  and they had nine 
children.  She was a member of Mt Zion Baptist Church.  She died Tuesday, 
February 21, 1978 at the  Sumter Regional Hospital in Americus, GA. Funeral 
services were held at 3:00, Sunday, February 26, 1978 at Mt Zion Baptist 
Church in Ellaville, GA. Reverend E D Sims officiated.  Burial in Mt Zion 
Baptist Church Cemetery. She is survived by 4 daughters: Mrs. Lillian R 
(Thomas A) Batchelor of Ellaville, GA, Mrs. Tommy Doris (David) Collier of 
Akron, OH, Mrs. Gwendolyn (Robert N) Coley of Americus, GA, and Mrs. Diana 
(William) Laster of Americus, GA; 5 sons: Mr. Melvin L (Marjorie W) Storey, 
Mr. Milton (Mary Elizabeth Haynes) Storey, Mr. Theodore (Diane Napier) Storey, 
all of Ellaville, GA,  Mr. Bernard (Erma Jean Hart) Storey of Monoca, PA, and 
Mr. William James (Erma Jean) Storey, Jr.  of Ambridge, PA, 1 sister: Mrs. 
Mazola Vaughn of New York, NY, 1 brother, Mr. William Wallace of Aliquippa, PA.
17 grandchildren, 7 step-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
