A SAD DEATH
Mr. Charlie Varner of Bronwood died suddenly at the home of his sister, Mrs. 
Devane, near Ellaville Sunday night.  He had come up only a few days before to 
spend holidays with relatives and friends in his old home, and his sudden 
demise was a great shock to his family.  Mr. Varner was in his 22nd year, and 
was highly esteemed by a large circle of friends.  The remains were interred 
in the Hopewell church yard by the side of his father Monday afternoon.  The 
sympathy of every one goes out to the sorely bereaved family.
