The Schley County News  Thursday, September 21, 1893
Mr. Philip Walker, an old and esteemed citizen of
Schley county died at the home of his son, Mr. G.T.
Walker near Lacrosse Saturday morning.  His death was
no surprise to his family and friends as he had been in
failing health for a long time.  He leaves two
children, one, a daughter in Texas and a large circles
of relatives to his death.
