Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. Sunday, January 6, 2008 at Ellaville Baptist Church with burial in the Ellaville Cemetery. Rev. Ben Foxworth officiated. Mrs. Wall was born in Taylor County, GA, the daughter of Bennett Brewer and Eula Mae (Albritton) Brewer. She had worked at Manhattan Shirt Factory and was a retired Schley County School bus driver. Mrs. Wall owned and ran the Doll House Restaurant in Ellaville for several years. She was a member of the Ellaville Baptist Church where she was a member of the Gleaners Sunday School Class. Mrs. Wall was preceded in death by her husband, Blan Wall: two grandchildren, Perry Wall and Elizabeth Yeomans; and one great-grandchild, Carson Norris. Survivors include three sons and daughter in laws, Hugh and Billie Wall, Johnny and Nell Wall, Steve and Sharon Wall, all of Ellaville; one daughter and son in law, Wendy and Tommy Brock of Americus, GA; grandchildren, Daron and Stacey Wall, Sheila and Bill DeVane, Sharon and Darren Norris, Rodney and Vanessa Wall, Melanie and Steve Hollis, Lehanne and Ken Singleton, LaRae and Kevin Snipes. Four Sisters, Mrs. Edna Stephens of Social Circle, Mrs. Ada Carpenter of Ideal, GA, Mrs. Dot Hambrick of Ellaville, GA and Mrs. Geraldine Dillard of Ellaville, GA. Mrs. Wall is also survived by fifteen great- grandchildren. Active pallbearers included Daron Wall, Rodney Wall, Bill DeVane, Kevin Snipes, Ken Singleton, Darren Norris, Steve Hollis and Neal Snider.
