GEORGE WILLIAMS DIES AT AMERICUS
George Clifton Williams, 13, died Sunday morning  at 3 o'clock at the home of 
his parents, Mr. and Mrs. H.B. Williams, in Americus.  He had been seriously 
ill for several days.  Funeral services were conducted at the residence Monday 
afternoon with Dr. J.B. Lawrence, rector of Calvary Episcopal church 
officiating.  Burial was in Oak Grove cemetery, Americus.  Surviving besides 
his parents, are his grandmother, Mrs. R.S. Allen, of near Ellaville, and 
several aunts and uncles.  Pallbearers were Hawkins Dykes, W.E. Smith, R.T. 
Hawkins, Eugene Horne, George O. Marshall and Hollis Fort, Jr.  Honorary 
pallbearers were:  Lamar Dixon, Carl Glover III, James Young, Jimmy Weaver, 
Basil Drake, Joel Mauk, Jim Dudley, Charles Glover, Jr.
