I, M.D. Herring, have this day purchased the Laura Mott place, 185 acres, more 
or less, of C.W. Snider, all arrangements to be made at the proper time, the 
first of Sept. ($500) is to be paid to said C.W. Snider, and arrangements to 
be made with the Americus Grocery Company for remainder $1250.00, Twelve 
Hundred & fifty dollars.
