In open court, Sept. 8th 1869.

It appearing to the court that the minor children of Mrs. Elizabeth 
Crutchfield to wit:  Sarah A. Crutchfield, Isham E. Crutchfield and Reuben Cr
(torn)....... are minors and have no guardian (torn)............at they are 
interested in a (torn).......at they being litigated in (torn).......ordered 
that Elizabeth Crutchfield be and is hereby appointed guardian ad litem for 
said children to do and act for them and in their behalf in said litigation.
