GEORGIA, SCHLEY COUNTY
TO THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAID COUNTY

The Petition of John L(?) Glover & Thomas B. Glover ???? ?????? using and 
known as the firm of Glover & Glover, 
Showeth that Robt. T. Bivins of said county is indebted to you Petitioner in 
the sum of Seventy-eight Dallars and Seventy cents, besides interest on a 
promissory note dated on the Twenty-Seventh day of September 1858, and due one 
day after date, a copy of which said note is hereunto annexed, and which said 
note the said Robert T. Bivins refuses to pay.

Wherefore your petitioner pray process may issue, requiring the said Robert T. 
Bivins personally or by attorney to be and appear at the next ???? term of 
said court of said county to answer your Petitioner's complaint.
