I have seen several references to this comunity in Schley newspapers. An 1883 map of the county shows the same location identified as Beulah and today we would identify this area as Concord for the Methodist church located there. This same area was also called Patton Hill at one point. Does anyone know more about St. Elmo or Beulah?
