Additional Comments: In each county, the Ordinary was responsible for the distribution and accounting of pension monies for war veterans. The above information was found in a small pocket sized ledger located in a store room in the Ellaville courthouse. It was not labeled in any fashion and contained only this information and the same information for calendar year 1913 which will be submited separately. It's location in a collection of other papers leads me to believe that it was very likely a personal notebook of Philip E. Taylor, Ordinary of Schley County in this time.
