The woman is Emma Lenora Suggs Edge (1864-1931), second wife of William 
Simpson Marcellus Edge (1862-1939).  Their children were Daniel M. Edge (1895-
1974),( husband of Edith Murray Edge and father of Daniel Edge, Jr. )and John 
Simpson Edge, Sr. (1898-1937).  Wm. Simpson Marcellus Edge was Ethel Edge 
Etheredge's father from his first wife Martha Havilah Dyess Edge (1866-1888)
who died when my grandmother (Ethel Edge Ethredge, wife of Stephen Etheredge) 
was 6 mos. old.  I do think that Merlee Etheredge Manning  is in the photo.
