This is a photo taken at the 1946 Hill family reunion at Concord Methodist 
Church.  The reunions were traditionally held there on the fourth of July and 
judging by everyone's dress, it could be assumed this was no exception.  Note 
the wooden church building in the background.  Concord today has a cinder 
block building and a modern day picture can be viewed at 
http://www.rootsweb.com/~gaschley/churches.htm  By the way that's Gary Hill in 
the foreground of the modern day photo.

Only a couple of folks can be indentified in this old photo.  The lady in the 
white dress with hand on the little girls dress is Mary Elizabeth (Smith) 
Hill, Gary's mother and the little girl is his sister Ronnie.  To the right of 
her in the print dress is Christine Thurmond and her daughter Donna.
