Seated, Nancy T. Leggett Swearingen, b. ca 1818; died 1886. Found in Schley 
County on the 1860, 1870 and 1880 Censi. Married Alvaregn Vann Swearingen in 
Monroe County March 31, 1836.

Standing, right: Mary Hulda Swearingen, born about 1851 in Marion, Georgia; 
died 1921 in Hamilton County (Chattanooga) Tennessee. Married James Franklin 
Pless, Sr. They moved from Schley County to Chattooga County, Ga. in the early 
1870s, the moved to Walker County, Ga. around 1914 and then to Hamilton County 
by 1920. Hulda and Frank Pless were my great grandparents.

Standing, left: This is likely Louisa Mittie Swearingen born about 1855 in 
Schley County; died after 1930 in Rustin, Taylor, Georgia.  Louisa Mittie 
Swearingen was the daughter of Nancy. 

Standing, center: The young man has not been identified - judging from his 
age, he is a grandson of  Nancy T. Leggett Swearingen.
