In the plot where the family of Charles Anthony Taylor is buried in the Ellaville City Cemetery. Mary Hasteltine Taylor was the killed in an automobile/train collision in Fitzgerald. According to Aunt Rossie Lee Andrews, she was traveling with her fiance and future sister-in-law when the car ran into a train in the dark. Apparently, this type of accident was not uncommon in the days before train crossing lights and cross bars.
