Additional Comments:
     Emily Mildred Meadows Guy was the daughter of Vincent T. and Martha King 
Meadows.  She was born 16 Nov 1844 in Troup Co., GA and died 27 Sep 1922, 
probably in Turner Co., GA. She is buried in Harmony Cemetery, Turner Co., GA

     Emily M. Meadows married Thomas Tinsley Guy, son of Hinton James and 
Blanchey Madderson Guy[source: information submitted by John T. Guy for the 
book, "History of Marion County, Georgia" written by Rena S. Cobb, pages 282-
283].  I have not been able to locate a marriage record for Emily and T. T. 
Guy as yet. Thomas Tinsley Guy was born 19 Apr 1839 (Mar 1838 per the 1900 
Taylor Co., GA census) and died 23 Sep 1907 in Schley Co., GA.  He is buried 
in Pleasant Hill Freewill Baptist Cemetery, Schley Co., GA [Photo of his grave 
has been posted by Harris Hill].

     Thomas and Emily Guy had 6 children:

Leonard "Lee" L. Guy born about 1869 (per the 1870 Marion Co., GA census.  He 
married first Ola Dupriest (Dupree) on 1 Oct 1893 in Taylor County GA. [This 
was one of, if not, the last marriage done by my GGG Grandfather Kimbrell 
Massey].  Lee later married Sallie Brewer, daughter of John Wesley and Mary 
Brewer.

John Thomas Guy 17 Jun 1877 - 6 Apr 1929 and married Minnie Lee Cromer and 
Pearl Cromer. John and Minnie Lee Guy are buried in Pleasant Hill Freewill 
Baptist Cemetery in Schley Co., GA..

Savannah Georgia Guy 20 May 1880 - 13 Feb 1958 married Ayles Berry (Bury) 
Shehee on 30 Oct 1891 and is buried in Bethleham Cemetery, Taylor Co., GA.

Homer F. Guy 6 Aug 1871 - 5 Aug 1918 and is buried in Harmony Cemetery in 
Turner Co., GA.

Oliver C. Guy 1875 - 1949 married Annie W. --?-- and is also buried in Harmony 
Cemetery in Turner Co., GA.

Emily Eldora "Dora" Guy 23 Apr 1883 - 28 Aug 1970 married Ralbert Perry Hill 4 
Sep 1910 in Taylor Co., GA, son of Ralbert A. and Lula Allmon Hill. He was 
born 25 Jan 1891 and died 21 Nov 1960 and is buried in Harmony Cemetery, 
Turner Co., GA. [Interesting note: According to the funeral home director in 
Turner Co., GA  Dora Guy Hill lived next door to Harmony Church and Cemetery 
which is on County Road# 87 in Turner County until her death.  The house no 
longer exists but an old barn still stands on the property.
