Dr. William David Sears' drugstore was located according to old deeds on the 
south side of Oglethorpe street.  According to statements in "The History of 
Schley County", it's building later housed the following businesses:  Manning 
& Walker Grocery Store, Walters Equipment, Western Auto, and Williams 
Insurance.  It was burned in the great fire of 1902 (one of five businesses 
burned)and was replaced with a brick building. It's unclear as to whether this 
picture was before or after the fire.
