Additional Comments:
The first name on the death certificate is mispelled.  It should read Abigail 
Forshee.  Her father's name is also mispelled - it should be Jesse/Jessie 
Hodges.  Her mother's name was Nancy.  Abigail was a Confederate War Widow, her 
husband was killed at the Battle of Antietam on September 17, 1862.
