MISS ADELLE BIVINS BECOMES BRIDE OF MR. LUMUS LASHLEY
Widespread interest centers in the marriage of Miss Adelle Bivins of Schley 
county to Mr. Lumus Lashley, of Andersonville, which occurred at the home of 
the Rev. and Mrs. H.G. Fowler officiating in the presence of a few friends.  
The bride, an attractive brunette, was lovely in a rose dress with matching 
accessories.  Her corsage was an orchid.  The daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert 
R. Bivins, prominent residents of Hopewell community, Mrs. Lashley is a 
graduate of Ellaville high school and Americus business college, and has been 
employed in Americus.  Mr. Lashley is well-known throughout this section, 
being a successfull farmer in Andersonville community.
