Hart, which happy event was solemnized last Sunday, Rev. O.L. Peacock officiating in a most impressive manner. Mr. Hart is a brother of Judge E.J. Hart of our city and is a man noted for his integrity and uprightness. Mrs. Cooper is a most estimable lady who has made many friends during her residence in our county. The News extends to them the best wishes for a happy life. Additional Comments: (Transcriber's note: Schley Co. marriage records reveal a marriage between Mr. Q.S. Hart and Mrs. Beulah Cooper on 6 Aug 1911. I have no idea which set of initials might be correct for Mr. Hart. Subsequent investigation based upon 1920 census data for Sumter Co. indicates that this was probably Isaac S. Hart. The 1910 Schley Co. census finds Bulah Cooper as the wife of William B. Cooper, living in the Lickskillet district. He was 73, she was 39 and they had been married for 19 years. It was his 2nd marriage and her first. There were no children of this marriage at that point.)
