MRS. DURHAM AND MR. MORRISON WED
Mrs. Sue Durham of Americus and Mr. Hugh Morrison of Ellaville were married in 
Leesburg, Saturday, May 3, by the Rev. E.L. Forrester in the presence of a few 
friends, the couple announce last week.  The attractive bride wore a dress of 
navy blue sheer crepe with touches of white and matching accessories.  Her 
corsage was of lilies-of-the-valley and sweetheart roses.  The daughter of 
Mrs. W.A. Whitmore and the late Mr. Whitmore, Mrs. Morrison attended school in 
Americus and completed a course in beauty culture.  Mrs. T.R. Allen of 
Americus is her sister and Mr. J.L. Whitmore of Americus, is her brother.  Mr. 
Morrison is the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Edgar H. Morrison of Ellaville.  
His sisters are Mrs. Carl Rhodes, Lakeland, Fla., and Miss Henrietta Morrison, 
of Oglethorpe, his brothers are Henry Morrison, Los Angeles, Cal., J.B. 
Morrison, Middleton, Iowa; George Morrison, Washington, D.C., and William 
Morrison, Elkton, Fla.  He attended Ellaville School and is connected with 
J.F. Alexander Lumber Company here.
