A group of relatives and friends attended. The church was beautifully decorated with ferns and palms. On either side of the rostrum were baskets of large pink, yellow and white chrysanthemums. A program of nuptial music was rendered by Miss Dorothy Searcy, pianist. Miss Geneva Hall sang "Because" and "I Love You Truly." The daughter of Mr. and Mrs. H.N. Franklin of Schley county, Miss Franklin was an outstanding member of the basketball team while attending Ellaville high school from which she was graduated in 1937. After working in Americus two years, she entered training at Birmingham Baptist Hospital in January, 1939. Mr. Hall is the son of Mr. and Mrs. B.E. Hall of Birmingham and is connected with the Louisville and Nashville Railroad. The couple are residing in Birmingham.
