The Schley County News  Friday, January 13th, 1911
JOHNSON--CHAPMAN
On last Sunday evening at 5:30, at the Methodist parsonage here, the
culmination of an interesting love affair took place, when Mr. Martin Chapman
and Miss Ida Johnson were united in the holy bonds of matrimony, Rev. R.E.
Bailey officiating.  Miss Johnson is the second daughter of Mr. and Mrs.
W.R. Johnson who reside near here, and a young lady of sterling worth.  Mr.
Chapman is the youngest son of Mr. James Chapman and has made for himself a
host of friends, who sincerely congratulate him in having won such an
estimable young lady for a bride.
